I've tried switching my grenade type and the scopes on guns but the achievement just won't unlock for me! Anyone experiencing the same or have any solutions?

For this achievement, you have to have a grimoire score of 777. Mine is 795, and it didn't unlock. Anyone else experiencing achievements not unlocking?

I found a list of collector card codes, no one seems to be sure what they will eventually unlock.
